Any product shortage or shipping errors must be reported to us within 48 hours from receipt of the order.
We will only accept product returned within 90 days from the date of shipment to the date customers give to shipper to return. We normally use FedEx Ground. Products must be returned 6 months prior to date of expiration. Returns after 30 days from the date of shipment to the date customer gave to shipper to return will be charged a 15% restocking fee even customer never open the package and used the item.
If our product is defective before 30 days and it is returned from the date of shipment, we will replace it for FREE. Defective products are subject to our inspection. We pay for both the return shipping and the shipping of the replacement for valid defective products.
Each return must include a Return Authorization Number even if product box was never opened. Unsolicited returns and returns without a Return Authorization Number will be charged a processing fee of $10. All returns must be returned in original packaging and must be in the same unit of measure as originally purchased. Returns are subject to our inspection.
Please call us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please have the invoice number and date of purchase available when calling. If we make an error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Otherwise, customer can purchase a FedEx call tag by calling us or customer can buy shipping from any traceable carriers. The price for each FedEx call tag is $15 per box.
